Objective: The American Council of Life Insurers, a leading trade association representing the life insurance industry, aimed to develop consumer education materials that would effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders. The goal was to create one-page slicks and slide decks that would break down important concepts such as Retirement Coverage, Risk Classification, and Safeguarding Consumer Information into easily understood and digestible content. The materials needed to be visually engaging, informative, and tailored to the target audience's needs. Results: The development of consumer education materials for the American Council of Life Insurers successfully achieved the objective of breaking down complex information into easily understood and digestible content, while using universally relatable and visually engaging graphics to convey the messages.
